How to make people feel more isolated?

Maybe if there was a head gear which would display hundreds of people walking around you!

Thats what i tried making..please have a look at the video and images.

Tried editing a video so that just one out of the lot looks different..a display of isolation.

Also tried to play around with shutter speed and exposure apps on my phone.

Since i am getting a camera soon..thought i should start learning.
The apps gave me some interesting outputs.
